No. Everything happens through Telegram, which is already installed on over 3 million phones in Singapore. Customers scan your QR code, land in your Telegram bot, and play immediately — no downloads, no sign-up forms, no friction.
How quickly can we go live? +
Most restaurants are live within 24 hours of reaching out. We handle the full setup — your Telegram bot, the game configuration, and the QR codes. You just tell us what prizes you want to offer and we take care of the rest.
What game formats are available? +
We currently offer three formats: Scratch card (instant reveal under a virtual card), Spin wheel (an animated wheel that lands on a prize), and Mystery box (a surprise reveal). You can run one format per campaign or rotate between them.
How does prize redemption work in-store? +
When a customer wins, they receive a unique QR code via Telegram. They show it to your staff at the counter. Your team scans it in the Omnyx partner dashboard and enters a PIN to confirm the redemption. The code burns immediately on use — it can only be redeemed once and cannot be copied or screenshotted and reused.
Can I track which QR placements bring the most players? +
Yes. Every QR code placement gets its own tracking link, so you can see in real time which placement (receipt, menu, table tent, Instagram, etc.) is driving the most scans, plays, and redemptions. This helps you focus your effort on what's working.
Can I run campaigns across multiple locations? +
Yes. You can create separate campaigns per branch, each with their own QR codes, prizes, and analytics. You manage everything from a single partner dashboard — no need to log into multiple accounts.
Is my customer data secure? +
We only access a customer's Telegram username and user ID — no phone number, email, or payment information. Data is stored securely and we never share it with third parties. Prize redemption is PIN-protected, and all codes are single-use.
