These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the loyalty stamp card, membership programme, lucky draw and other gamified marketing services (the "Service") operated by The Omnyx Pte Ltd ("Omnyx", "we", "us") on behalf of participating merchants ("Client", "merchant") in Singapore. By scanning a Client's QR code, opening our Telegram bot, or otherwise using the Service, you ("you", "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms.
Omnyx provides a Telegram Mini App platform that allows Clients to run loyalty stamp cards, membership programmes, and gamified campaigns (such as spin wheels, scratch cards and mystery boxes). Omnyx is the technology provider; each Client independently determines their own programme rules, reward values, stamp/point thresholds, and redemption conditions, which are displayed within the Service for that Client.
The Service is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old, or who have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and who hold a valid Telegram account. Each Telegram account may only hold one active loyalty card or membership per Client, unless otherwise stated by that Client.
Your identity within the Service is verified via Telegram's authentication system (Telegram WebApp initData or the Telegram Login Widget). You are responsible for maintaining control of your own Telegram account. Omnyx is not responsible for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Telegram account.
Where a Client runs a lucky draw, spin wheel, scratch card or similar promotional game, results are determined by the mechanics configured by that Client. Odds, prize pools and entry limits are set by the Client and may vary by campaign. Prizes are awarded subject to the Client's redemption process (typically a unique, single-use QR code or redemption code shown to in-store staff).
You agree not to: (a) use automated means (bots, scripts) to interact with the Service in a way not intended for ordinary use; (b) attempt to duplicate, forge, screenshot-and-reuse, or otherwise manipulate redemption codes; (c) create multiple Telegram accounts to claim rewards intended for a single customer; or (d) interfere with the operation of the Service or other users' use of it. Omnyx and/or the relevant Client reserve the right to suspend or revoke access, and to void any rewards obtained, where these Terms have been breached.
All trademarks, logos, and content belonging to Omnyx remain the property of The Omnyx Pte Ltd. Client trademarks, logos and promotional content remain the property of the respective Client. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use Omnyx's or any Client's intellectual property other than as necessary to use the Service.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omnyx makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service, and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Omnyx acts as the technology platform; Omnyx is not responsible for a Client's fulfilment of rewards, vouchers, or in-store redemption, which remains the responsibility of that Client.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
